The goal of this project was to extend on the work completed in Phase 1 to support greater transparency in Home Care claim processing. This project introduced significant changes to the existing underlying claim processing model for Home Care.

As part of Services Australia re-platforming and consolidation of Aged Care applications, a new B2G solution was developed with key architecture and delivery support provided from our team. Software Vendors access the Aged Care B2G services to directly integrate into their software applications to extend native support to the available government services. Development use cases included automated claim processing, claim audit, claim analytics, etc.
The most critical feature of this project we helped design, was the onboarding capability, that had to integrate with the Whole of Government PRODA capability for authentication
