This project introduced significant changes to the underling claim model for Home Care claim processing. Logical Star Consulting worked with delivery teams to define the solution architecture to support the change and introduce the appropriate account management within the SAP Social Services application
As part of Services Australia re-platforming overhaul and consolidation of aged care applications a new B2G solution was designed and developed with significant support from our team. Software Vendors can provide customer access to Aged Care services integrated directly into their software to support service providers to make claims for aged care subsidies and supplements for all care types.
